Termination
We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Changes
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.
Subscription Cancellations
When cancelling a subscription, all future charges associated with your subscription will be cancelled. You may notify us of your intent to cancel at any time; your cancellation will become effective at the end of your current billing period. You must cancel at least 5 days prior to your subscription renewal date or the subscription will continue. You will not receive a refund; however your subscription access and/or delivery and accompanying subscriber benefits will continue for the remainder of the current billing period.
A container will be dropped at your location when a subscription order is delivered. Please place the container at the designated pickup/drop off location the day prior to your next delivery. You accept responsibility for the container and will be assessed a $35 replacement fee if the container is lost or damaged beyond repair.
