Up to one whole pound of freshest, leafy greens we can find, along with fruits, juices, and water.
Here’s what we DON'T put in our smoothies:
Ice cream, sherbet, yogurt, dairy, processed sugar, artificial sweeteners, or anything resembling “junk food.”

My Story

Admit it… we know that there’s a direct correlation between what we put in our bodies and how we look and feel, but maybe we don’t realize just how important it really is.

But it’s hard to eat healthy. Or so we think.

My name’s Brent. At the start of 2014, I was 41 years old and I weighed 185 pounds. That was a lot better than the 205 pounds I weighed a few years earlier, but I was still far from reaching my health goals. And if I was being honest, I knew why. I was exercising every day and (thanks to that) I had lost 30 pounds. But I wasn’t eating right, and I wasn’t feeling how I wanted to feel.

I knew something had to change. And that’s when I started making smoothies that were packed with a pound of fresh greens. This was the catalyst I needed. Things started to change, and they kept changing for the better.

I did lose more weight, but that was inconsequential to how I felt - I felt great. And I mean really great: physically, mentally, emotionally, and even intellectually. I can honestly say that my overall quality of life had never been higher.

Beginning each morning with a green smoothie has changed my life. I’m happy. I’m healthy. And most of all, I’m excited to share the hope and ability that green smoothies gave me to make a sustainable shift in my dietary lifestyle.
